Tropical Depression Sixteen Threatens Gulf Coast

And just like that we’re talking about another tropical system that could affect the United States.

Tropical Depression Sixteen has formed in the Caribbean and is forecast to move northward into the Gulf of Mexico and potentially impact the central and eastern Gulf Coast.

If the storm strengthens (which it is forecast to) the name given would be Nate.

Current forecast models do bring Nate up to hurricane strength before reaching land.
