This Is The Age You’re Supposed To Stop ‘Clubbing’

By Susie

When my mom wasn’t sick, I would try to drag her out to a few bars to listen to some good music and be in a great atmosphere. I never took her clubbing but even in a bar she would be like ‘OMG I’m to old to be in here, what are you doing to me?’. I just wanted to get her out of the house to have a good time.

According to Maxim, a survey was done by Currys PC World and they determined that the age you should stop going out and clubbing and dancing, would be 37.

THIRTY SEVEN!!!!

I call shenanigans. I’m turning 33 this year. And although I don’t go clubbing too often, I do like to dress up, dance and have fun once in a blue moon with my friends. Because YOU’RE ONLY AS OLD AS YOU FEEL! I find that number super young and ridiculous.

Side note, what’s even funnier is my boyfriend (34) was at the bar last night, and he said he must be getting old because he saw a group of college guys playing shuffle board. Apparently they were extremely loud, and he wanted to tell them to ‘shut up’.

I guess it really just depends on you. If you’re feelin’ it, you wanna go out with your friends or your girls. DO IT! Flaunt it with style and be fab. Be that person that the 21 year old stares at and says ‘I want to be her when I grow up’.

OWN IT 🙂
