Is A Tron Rollercoaster Replacing Tomorrowland Speedway At The Magic Kingdom?

There have been rumors circulating for the better part of year that a TRON roller coaster could be built at Walt Disney World.

Initially, the rumors pointed at Future World in EPCOT, however recent rumors have brought the popular Shanghai coaster over to The Magic Kingdom, replacing the Tomorrowland Speedway.

A popular theme park blog with “reliable sources” has all but confirmed a TRON Lightcycle Power Run roller coaster is set to replace the speedway.

The speedway opened back in the 70s and is a popular attraction for small children and families alike. It’s a large plot of land situated between Circus Circus and Space Mountain.
