Sara Bareilles Sings ‘What Baking Can Do’ In The Streets Of New York

Sara Bareilles is taking her turn on Broadway. She’s recently been cast as the lead role of the musical Waitress. If you’ve been in New York City recently, it’s a very good possibility that you came across Sara singing in the streets of Times Square. Of course, since it’s not one of her more famous songs, I don’t think she was recognized by many people out there.

Sara did write the songs for the Broadway musical Waitress, which was based off the movie starring Keri Russell. And this time she decided to take her chance out there to sing ‘What Baking Can Do’ which is about the calming feelings you get when you bake.

If you’re planning a trip to New York, she will be performing in Waitress for the next 9 weeks! Grab a ticket and check her out. We’ve had her here for our MIX concerts, and she’s an absolute gem!

Check out Sara Bareilles performing all of the songs from Waitress below.
