The Krystal Foundation’s been around since 1932. The company who provides us with all the tiny burgers we’ve come to love so much in Orlando, is starting to do big things for the community. Their main goal is to help provide funding and grants to schools, churches, and other organizations in need.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Nicole Echelard, Field Marketing Manager, about how Krystal’s has grown as a company in our community, and how they have transitioned to start giving back. Each Krystal you purchase will have a ‘chit’ on it’s packaging. When given back, or turned in to a participating school or organization, it counts as 5 cents towards their funding.
Imagine eating 5 Krystal burgers (that’s what my appetite is) and being able to provide 25 cents to your local school or church. Squaring is caring! Take a listen to our interview and how you can participate and even get your school signed up. If you would like to see more information online, you can do so here.
Nicole would also love to help you get started and answer all your questions. You can reach her at firstname.lastname@example.org
Every Krystal’s is participating. Who knew you could help your community by eating?
