I posted a link on my Facebook last night and got overwhelming responses , both angry and happy.
According to Mirror.uk, IndiGo airline has created a child-free zone for passengers. Lots of parents are furious about this. I don’t have kids, but I can see both angles. It’s not easy to keep a child occupied for a long period of time. Then again, I also don’t want to be the one sitting in front of the child that is continuously kicking the back of my chair after I ask them repeatedly to stop. Crying? Well, people can always get ear buds and their music. It’s definitely a tough call.
I don’t think its a terrible idea. I also think that parents who want and need to get away on vacation alone together, would dish out more money to be further away from other people’s kids.
