LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Actress Lindsay Lohan Monday agreed to a plea deal in order to avoid a trial in her misdemeanor lying case.

After nearly two hours in Judge James Danby’s chambers, the actress agreed to serve 90 days in a locked rehab facility, perform 30 days of community service, and undergo 18 months of psychotherapy sessions. She was also ordered to pay an unspecified fine and complete two years community service.
