How difficult must it be to decide who the 99 hottest ladies are in the entire world!  Who cares?  What a great job someone has at AskMen.com because they’ve released their annual list of the 99 Most Desirable Women in the World.

The winner this year goes to “Hunger Games” star Jennifer Lawrence.  AskMen.com says, “Overall, there’s a sense that she’s a little more authentic than other actors. She’s fresh because we haven’t seen her all over the gossip pages for the past three or four years.” Jennifer came in at #47 last year.

On the other end of the list is Kim Kardashian who dropped 90 ranks from #8 last year to #98 this year!  AskMen.com says, “She is petering off and basically dropping off the list at this point even as she’s become more visible.”

Meanwhile, cheating seems to have helped Kristen Stewart as she was 27th last year and this year she made it to #7.
