Orlando Makes The List Of The 25 Most Dangerous Cities

Every year the FBI compiles a giant collection of data on crime in America and it’s not good news for Orlando.

The good news is violent crimes in the U.S. are at a 5-year low.  The bad news is Orlando and another Florida city both made the list of the 25 Most Dangerous Cities to live in, according to the BusinessInsider.com

In the survey, the FBI defined violent crime as murder and non-negligent manslaughter, forcible rape, robbery, and aggravated assault.  The list of most dangerous cities in America is based on the number of violent crimes per 100,000 people reported for each city.  Here are the Top 25:

1. Flint, Michigan
2. Detroit, Michigan
3. St. Louis, Missouri
4. Oakland, California
5. Memphis, Tennessee
6. Little Rock, Arkansas
7. Birmingham, Alabama
8. Atlanta, Georgia
9. Baltimore, Maryland
10. Stockton, California
11. Rockford, Illinois
12. Cleveland, Ohio
13. New Haven, Connecticut
14. Hartford, Connecticut
15. Buffalo, New York
16. Kansas City, Missouri
17. Miami, Florida
