Scott with 3-time shuttle astronaut JR Reilly
I’ve been to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex many times. It’s one of my favorite places to show off when we have company in from out of town. And growing up in Ohio, the birthplace of astronauts John Glenn and Neil Armstrong, I’ve always been a huge fan of our nation’s space program.
But, as I’ve been saying on our morning show, if you haven’t been to Kennedy Space Center lately, then it’s time to go back, and soon.
For a limited time, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is offering up-close tours. My co-workers Tom and Shannon and I played hooky the other day and spent the day at KSC. Watch our video and see a little of what I’m talking about. We all now have access to places that were highly restricted before. It’s crazy how “inside” we can now get. Their website will tell you a lot more about all that’s new at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. TourKSC.com
