Unlike Ryan Lochte who was out partying in London the other night and drawing attention from the ladies, Michael Phelps was chillin’ with his girlfriend, the one we didn’t know he had.  Well, not only do we know who she is, but we also have a picture and she’s hot!

Michael’s girlfriend is a 25-year old cocktail waitress in Hollywodd named Megan Rossee.  She’s also an aspiring model.  Sounds like they’ve been together since January and he even brought her to London for the Olympics.
