Apparently Justin Bieber is as loud as the next 18-year-old boy. A few people have come forward lately to out him as a loud music loving, curse word spewing, smack talking teenager.

First up are his neighbors, Kristen Bell (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) and Dax Shepard (Parenthood), who talked up the Biebs to People magazine as a noisy neighbor. Although many fans would love to live next door to the singer, it sounds like this Hollywood couple aren’t enjoying it.

“The music and the parties and the paparazzi, I mean, it’s like living in Lebanon now,” Shepard told the gossip mag.

His long-time girlfriend Bell smoothed that comment over a bit, saying, “In his defense, I will say we don’t know the exact house the music is coming from. We just know since he moved in, the music has been blaring.”

And out came a report from TMZ that, on an international flight back from New Zealand, Bieber had to be shushed by a fellow passenger. The rumor is Biebs and his crew were getting rowdy in first class, including dropping a slew of crude words for all to hear. One passenger allegedly got up and reamed Beibs out, to his embarrassment. The site reports he apologized for his inappropriate language.

And finally, it seems that Bieber inadvertently insulted His Royal Highness, Prince William, in an interview with Rollercoaster magazine. Seems the Bieb, along with everyone else, has noticed William’s thinning hairline.

“I mean, there are things to prevent that nowadays, like Propecia,” Bieber was quoted as saying. “I don’t know why he doesn’t just get those things, those products….You just take Propecia and your hair grows back. Have you not got it over here?”

Seems the young singer doesn’t look kindly on going bald. With his famous hair, how could he?

In happier news for Bieber fans, Justin Tweeted out on July 26th that we can expect a short clip of his “As Long As You Love Me” video today, Friday, July 27 with the full length video to come Wednesday, August 1.
