Normally I’d post a video of a YouTube phenomenon singing a known artists’ songs but this week I decided to change it up. I’m from a country music background, so I love when pop artists take country songs and cover them.

Kelly Clarkson can cover pretty much anything and it will sound heavenly, but when she sings this song, I melt. Shania Twain was a country/crossover sensation in the 1990s and early 2000s, and has since stepped away from the mic to focus on personal issues, but the one song that everyone remembers  of hers is “You’re Still The One.”

The song is synonymous with weddings, as a matter of fact, it was my sister’s wedding song in 1994. So to hear an artist like Kelly cover this song, in Shania’s home country of Canada is music to my ears.
