    I have friends who have rented string quartets, taken carriage rides through the park,  used planes with banners, and proposed using a billboard on I-4, but this one could be one of the most creative I’ve ever seen.  In fact the build up is so cool, the actual proposal kind of pales in comparison.  Check this out.
