Joe Jonas is cementing his career away from his brothers: tonight he takes the solo limelight at the Ed Sullivan Theatre for Live on Letterman. The exclusive webcast will see him perform his new material ahead of his forthcoming US tour.
Today Last.fm Trends is looking into his career so far, to see what viewers can look forward to.
“See No More” was his first release in June of this year, and it’s got him off to a running start. Debut album Fast Life is due in September, and should continue a pretty solidly growing fanbase.
The recently-debuted track “Love Slayer” is also sure to be a part of his set, but we’ll have to wait and see what else he brings to the stage later tonight: tune in to see what his solo show delivers.
Meanwhile The Jonas Brothers themselves remain on good form. Their top tracks have so far matched up to Joe’s solo work, however a slow decline in listeners to songs like “Burnin’ Up” and “S.O.S” suggests that some listeners are abandoning the brothers’ works to pick a favourite of the trio. So far it’s close to call, with Nick and Joe just a few thousand listeners apart.
Learn more about Joe Jonas at his Last.fm page, and tonight at 9 PM ET/ 6 PM PT catch him on Live on Letterman presented by AT&T, re-think possible.
