Hard to believe it was a year ago the nation did NOT want Bristol Palin to win a silly reality game show. Now the focus shifts on her face. If you have seen her recently you can see the obvious changes from teen mom to young adult, but many are saying she’s already gone through a few nips and tucks.

According to Us Weekly Bristol has had a medical procedure as she explains.:

“I had corrective jaw surgery. “Yes,  It improved the way I look, but this surgery was necessary for medical reasons…so my jaw and teeth could properly realign…I don’t obsess over my face”
