    …and be prepared to cry. Tears of joy, that is. I cry every time I watch this video and I love this officer (his name is Shepard!)  for being so loving and so caring about this dog that was trapped in a fence.  The ending is a huge surprise and a real tear jerker.

    *Sniff*  Please pass the tissues!
