Disney princess Demi Lovato, 18, has been holed up in an in-patient treatment rehab facility since late October. You may remember that Lovato decided to seek help for “emotional and physical issues” after she allegedly attacked one of her backup dancers.

Well, it looks like she’s all better now…

Alex Welch, the backup dancer in question reached an “agreement” with Lovato and is no longer planning to seek legal recourse against the actress/singer.  But, the whole experience was apparently a wake-up call for Miss Lovato and her family.

Her time in rehab has been completed and the starlet checked out of the facility looking refreshed. Lovato is currently spending time with family and focusing on her health. However, she did reach out to fans back in January via Facebook – writing, “I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all.”

Well, now she’s free… I wonder how much that “agreement” $et her back.
