Glee heads to sectionals this week where they will not only once again be pitted against Vocal Adrenaline, but also against the Dalton Academy Warblers, and their latest inductee, Kurt!
While Kurt makes the adjustment to his new glee club, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Darren Criss[/lastfm], as Dalton Academy’s Blaine, is once again front and center in their performance of [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Train[/lastfm]‘s Hey, Soul Sister.
After his first appearance on the show, Criss’ version of [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Katy Perry[/lastfm]‘s Teenage Dream shot to the top of the digital download charts, being the first Glee tune to ever hit #1. And while it’s Criss’ lead vocal that garnered the majority of the attention on Teenage Dream, it wouldn’t have been the same without the incredible harmonization happening in the background. And those vocals don’t belong to the actors appearing on screen…they belong to the Beelzebubs, Tuft University’s oldest all-male a cappella group.
The group first gained national attention last year as contestants on NBC’s The Singoff.

Make sure to watch as Glee heads to sectionals with the 9th episode of the season, Special Education, coming up this Tuesday, November 30th at 8:00 PM on FOX.
